  • Mrs. Lee graduated from Volunteer High School in Church Hill, Tennessee in 1996 and attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville from 1996 to 2001. She earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Restaurant Management with a minor in Business Administration. After managing at O'Charley's Restaurant in Knoxville for several years, she decided to move to Covington, Louisiana where she added a Masters of Teaching degree from Southeastern Louisiana University to her educational history.

Mrs. Lee began her career as a paraprofessional with St. Tammany Parish Schools at Operation Jumpstart in Mandeville, Louisiana. As a result of that experience, Covington High School quickly became her dream teaching position. Since being hired at Covington High in 2006, she has taught English II, English I, and Business English. In addtion to teaching, she has also devoted time to students out of the classroom as Dancin' Darlin' sponsor from 2006-2011 and Freshman Class sponsor from 2011-2013.

Mrs. Lee currently lives in Folsom, Louisiana with her husband and young son. She enjoys reading books, being outdoors and planning trips to new places or to Tennessee. Even though "Rocky Top [will] always be home to sweet home to [her]," she has adopted CHS Lion PRIDE enthusiastically.
