My name is Ashley Wall and I am the mental health provider (MHP). I have been counseling in the school setting for 8 years and this is my third year at Mandeville Elementary School. I am excited to have the opportunity to be in the school this year as full-time employee.
I graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2004 with a M.Ed. in Human Development Counseling, and I hold a license in Louisiana as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I also have been in private practice in the Mandeville area since 2007.
My on-site counseling services are offered to our students who may need extra support to strengthen the individual student’s overall school experience. My services are aimed at improving the educational experience for our students in the school setting while allowing them a safe space to learn how to maintain an emotional, academic, and social balance. I also work closely with teachers, staff, and administration to assist our students with classroom interventions and strategies that will maximize the school-day experience for the individual student.
