I am a graduate of Mandeville High School (class of 97). I attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and the University of Southeastern Louisiana obtaining a BS in agriculture and a teaching certificate in science.

I have been teaching since 2009 and have taught at Kentwood, Amite, Hammond, and Pearl River High Schools.

I have previously been a cross country coach, a 4-H sponsor, and sponsor for a martial arts club.
