It is with much prayer that I came to the decision to take an early retirement. Family matters expedited my decision. It is a bitter-sweet move for me. I truely loved working with the students at Lee Road Jr. High School. They are a great group of kids. I can honestly say it was a joy and prividge to have worked with the students and staff. My heart is heavy for having left so suddenly, but I know that it is the right thing to do. I wish all of my students well. I will check on them from time to time to see how everything is going. Thank you for understanding.
A Tidbit About Mrs. Tranchina
I graduated from the University of New Orleans with a BA in education. I have been teaching for many years with experience in several grade levels. I enjoy working with the students. It is always exciting when "the light bulb of understanding" goes on inside their heads! I promote laying a strong foundation in the basic concepts. Once the foundation is strong, the more difficult material can be mastered.
I love to travel around the United States and bring a wealth of experience to the classroom about the places I have visited.
