  • My name is Cary Froeba (pronounced Frō- ba) and I am a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University.  I have been teaching in St. Tammany Parish for the last 10 years and I am very excited for another year here at MES. I have taught 4th, 3rd, and 2nd grade but, my heart and the majority of my experience lies in 2nd.  I hope by working together we can prepare your children for third grade and for a happy life. I believe that I am a firm, fair, and flexible teacher.  Positive praise and encouragement in a “family” atmosphere with individualized support is how my classroom operates.

On a personal note, I am a local to St. Tammany Parish. I was raised in Mandeville, Louisiana and I am product of the successful St. Tammany Parish School System.  I have been married for 13 years and have two beautiful boys who are 12 and 13 years old. I come from a family of teachers and have worked with children since I was old enough to hold a job, so I believe that I was born to be a teacher.

I maintain an open door policy.  Please feel free to contact me at the school or my email address, if you should have any questions or concerns.  I am a fresh and energetic teacher that is open to new ideas and opinions and I welcome all parents and students into my class.  I am honored to be with your child this year and with your help and continued hard work, this year will be filled with great activities and fun learning in order to prepare your children for life!
