Stacy Arcement

Hello! Welcome to my webpage. I have been teaching Business Education since 1992 and have been at Slidell High School since 2005. This year I will be teaching Desktop Publishing, BCA, and IBCA. I am looking forward to a great year with my students.

I graduated from the University of New Orleans in 1991 with my Bachelor of Science in Business Education. From January of 1992 until August of 2005 I taught various business courses at Chalmette High School. Hurricane Katrina moved me to the Northshore and to Slidell High. I have been here teaching IBCA and Desktop Publishing ever since. This year I will be teaching BCA. Students enrolled in all three courses earn industry based certifications. I have also attained industry based certifications in all of the areas that I certify students in. As a result I am certified in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

I am excited about the new school year. I look forward to sharing my knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with my students.
