Mrs. Sarah Payne

Hello and welcome to my classroom.  This is my 15th year teaching at Fifth Ward Junior High.  I have previously taught 2nd grade for 3 years and 4th grade for 10 years.  This is my second year to teach 3rd grade.  I love teaching and I especially love teaching the children in St. Tammany!

I graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.  I am a fellow student of Fifth Ward Jr. High from Kindergarten through 8th grade.  It is a joy to give back to the place that helped me become who I am today.

I look forward to the new school year.  We will SHOOT FOR THE STARS!!!
