Sarah B. Revere
Welcome Lancaster family! It is with great enthusiasm I welcome each of you to LES and look forward to a fantastic year of “Adventures in Learning”.
As a life-long resident of St. Tammany Parish and a Covington High graduate, I am honored to serve as a school administrator in the district.
Upon earning my Bachelor of Arts degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1998, I began my teaching career in St. Tammany Parish. In 2006, I completed my Master of Education in supervision and administration at Southeastern Louisiana University.
Throughout my career in education, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in several St. Tammany Parish Schools. I began my teaching career as a fifth grade teacher at Mandeville Middle School and also taught sixth grade at Lake Harbor when it opened. In 2001, I joined the faculty of Pine View Middle, my alma mater, and taught fourth, fifth and sixth grade technology education. As a parish-wide Assistant Principal, I had the opportunity to work at Madisonville Elementary, Folsom Junior High and Abney Elementary, each experience providing exciting opportunities to meet new students and their families. In 2007, I joined the faculty of Folsom Junior High as an Assistant Principal where I served until making Lancaster my home in 2014.
An interesting fact about me: I am a third generation educator. My grandmother, mother, and many other family members including my sister, aunts and uncles are also educators.
I look forward to working with each of you as we learn and grow together!
