    My name is Coach Thomas. I am a high-energy teacher and coach who looks forward to teaching Sophomores and Juniors all about American History and U.S. Government. I enjoy incorporating PowerPoint presentations into my daily activities, lessons, and I strongly encourage class participation. I like working with students and athletes to help each individual reach his or her goals. When I am not in the classroom, you can find me on the football field or the weightroom. I am a Spartan Football Coach and the Head Powerlifting Coach.
