Welcome back to a new school year!  I am happy to be teaching at Cypress Cove Elementary for my sixteenth year.  I have taught preschool for five years and first grade for 18 years.  I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education and have been teaching for a total of twenty three years.  My goal as a teacher is to foster independence in my students so that they can be life long learners.  I firmly believe in educating the whole child through a multi-sensory environment in order to promote a love for learning.  I look forward to working together to make this a wonderful school year for your child!
