Welcome to Room 106. This is my 28.5 year of teaching.  This is my 10th year teaching at Honey Island.  I love teaching and I especially love teaching third graders.

I am a National Board Certified Teacher.

I graduated from Mississippi State University with a B.S. Degree in Elementary Education.  I have taught Pre-Kindergarten at Florida Avenue Elementary, Kindergarten in Shreveport, LA, Kindergarten in Jackson, MS, Pre-Kindergarten in Hazlehurst, MS, and Kindergarten in Louisville, Ms.  As you can see, I love early childhood.

I look forward to this new school year and getting to know each of my students and their families.
