Hello and welcome to my classroom. This is my third year at CPMS teaching 4th grade.  I love teaching and I especially love teaching the students at our school.

My journey in education began with my first degree in Biology from St. Mary's Dominican College in 1975 and my second degree in Education from Southeastern University in 1989.  This is my 27th year of teaching.  I taught first and third graders at private/parochial schools during my first seven years of teaching.  I have been employed by the St. Tammany School Board for the past 20 years.  I have taught 3rd-8th grade at Sixth Ward Elementary, 7th grade at Clearwood Jr. High, and 4th and 6th grade at Carolyn Park.

"Full Steam Ahead" is our motto this year at CPMS.  Our mission is to develop students' social, moral, and intellectual abilities to become life-long learners and productive citizens.

I look forward to this new school year.  It is going to be an exciting and interesting experience as we journey through 4th grade.
