Jodi Stuker, Special Education Co-Teacher
I have been a teacher in Louisiana for the past 16 years. Teaching is a second career for me. I have an undergraduate degree in business management and marketing from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. I returned to college in the late 1980s to earn a masters degree at Southeastern University in special education. I am certified to teach kindergarten through 12th grade special education and have had experience teaching children from kindergarten through 5th grade. I have taught at Woodlake Elementary (1 year), Covington Elementary (10 years), and Lancaster Elementary (for the past 5 years) in various special education capacities. I have taught the reduced numbers class (specializing in the needs of students with Autism), resource class (grades 3 - 5), and this year I am teaching in the 4th and 5th grade co-teaching setting. This year I am working with Mrs. Paulsell's class, Mrs. Kron's class (formerly Mrs. Milton's class), and Mrs. Ibos' class.
